Engineering Graduate Trainee

We\’re looking for a passionate, forward-thinking Engineering Graduate Trainee to join our team at Stamford Brook Garage on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will work closely with our experienced engineering teams to support the maintenance, development and enhancement of our fleet.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with senior engineers on real‑world projects, from component investigations to fleet technology upgrades
• Gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge vehicle systems and transport engineering standards
• Support daily operations, including TfL standard updates, project documentation, and technical analysis
• Help drive improvements through problem‑solving, innovation, and fresh thinking

What we’re looking for

• Recent engineering graduates or final‑year students with a passion for transportation, sustainability, or vehicle technologies
