This is a remote role with UK travel required.The Team You will be joining a team of SMEs that are shaping the future of bus travel. We are at the forefront of solution development, liaising with industry experts and internal teams to ensure best in class solutions.What you\\\βll do Design and deliver people strategies for bids, covering recruitment, training, engagement and change management.Support colleagues through change by managing TUPE processes, transitions, and cultural alignment.Assess local workforce challenges and wellbeing needs to ensure realistic, people-first solutions.Work closely with HR, mobilisation teams, and centres of excellence to create joined-up, innovative proposals.Understand the financial and operational impact of your strategies to help shape winning bids.What we\\\βre looking for An experienced HR practitioner with strong stakeholder management skills.Highly organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to handle complex tender documents.A clear communicator who can simplify and present complex solutions with confidence.A collaborative team player who\\\βs also comfortable working independently.Knowledge of TUPE in a transport setting and the wider industrial relations landscape.Familiarity with employment legislation.Previous experience in large-scale, complex tender environments.What\\\βs in it for you?
