Location: Tewkesbury (1 to 2 days WFH after training period) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Salary: £14.00 per hour

Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly organised Administrator to join their busy and friendly office team.

This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, coordinating schedules, managing enquiries and providing excellent administrative support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.

Following your initial training, there is the opportunity to work from home for up to one or two half days per week.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator

  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
  • Coordinate schedules and allocate work efficiently.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries professionally.
  • Liaise with customers, colleagues and external contacts to ensure a smooth service.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Process bookings, amendments and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prioritise urgent requests and manage changing workloads.
  • Support the wider team with day-to-day office administration.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration and coordination experience is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident communicating over the phone and via email.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly manner.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
