We’re working with a Stonehouse-based business who are looking to bring in an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to support their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid purchase ledger experience who is looking for a part time role.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
- Matching purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
- Setting up new suppliers and maintaining accurate supplier records
- Supporting payment runs and posting transactions
- General finance administration and ad hoc support to the wider finance team
About you:
- Previous experience within Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable
- Confident working with finance systems and Excel
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy finance environment
- Immediately available or on a short notice period
