Sales Negotiator Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Hours: Mon – Fri | 8:45am – 5:30pm | Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:45am–4:00pm with a lieu day Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 with OTEs of £30,000+ Our client is looking to find an experienced hard-working, positive, and energetic Sales Negotiator to join their vibrant market leading team in Farringdon! The ideal candidate will have agency experience and will be a confident Sales Negotiator, communication skills and being a team player is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator: * Negotiating offers and closing sales. * Building and maintaining relationships with buyers & vendors. * Communicating with clients face to face, email and telephone. * Booking in viewings and valuations. * Conducting viewings. * Obtaining viewing feedback and updating vendors with the outcome of viewings. * Ability to provide clients with information on the property market trends and prices. * Experience in customer service. * Stay well informed on market conditions in the industry. * Generating and qualifying leads. Key Skills of a Sales Negotiator: * Ability to work well under pressure. * Excellent communication skills, well-spoken and well-presented. * Excellent customer service skills. * Target driven and dynamic. * Full UK driving licence & own car. * Knowledge of state government legislation.
