This role involves managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, across a range of platforms, including events, training, L&D, awards sponsorships, magazine advertising, digital media, and podcasts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive: * Identify and research potential clients across various industries to build a strong pipeline. * Sell sponsorship packages, magazine placements, digital advertising, and podcast slots. * Present tailored solutions to meet client needs and negotiate deals to exceed sales targets. * Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. * Develop and execute sales strategies leveraging all available platforms. * Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.
