An opportunity has arisen for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a growing business based in Cheltenham. This role would suit someone with a background in sales, account handling or customer service who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.
Youβll manage day-to-day communication with customers, handle enquiries, and ensure a high standard of service throughout the customer journey. You must have a valid UK Licence for this role.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming customer enquiries, providing clear, professional and timely responses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
- Handle quotations, orders and follow-ups to support revenue and customer retention
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Proactively monitor deadlines and commitments to ensure customer expectations are met
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience
- Identify opportunities to add value and improve customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Work in line with Health & Safety policies and company procedures
- Operate in a sustainable and responsible manner
- Provide flexibility for business needs, including occasional weekend work
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service or another client-facing role
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Organised and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Reliable, motivated and professional in approach
- Essential: Full UK driving licence
