Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations including event planning, live service, and breakdown
- Lead and inspire teams across two venues to consistently deliver outstanding service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with senior managers to drive revenue, manage costs, and meet business targets
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on professionalism and enthusiasm
- Liaise with suppliers, chefs, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations
- Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service standards
