A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead operations across two premium hospitality sites.

Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations including event planning, live service, and breakdown
  • Lead and inspire teams across two venues to consistently deliver outstanding service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with senior managers to drive revenue, manage costs, and meet business targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Liaise with suppliers, chefs, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service standards
