Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Quality Management System is compliant with company and industry standards
- Lead internal audits to ISO9001 standards, documenting findings and resolving any gaps
- Maintain and improve quality procedures to reflect actual working practices
- Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and systems
- Hold and document regular quality management meetings
- Support successful outcomes of external ISO9001 audits
- Ensure all equipment calibration is maintained and accurately recorded
- Manage and maintain the training matrix to ensure compliance
- Support the Quality Inspector and provide cover where required
