First Base Employment has a requirement for a Powder Coat Sprayer to work with their client based in Cirencester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business operating a modern powder coating facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality finished products while maintaining excellent quality and productivity standards.
Working within the Production team and reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Applying powder coatings to products, ensuring a high-quality and consistent finish.
- Operating the Gema powder coating line safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Identifying faults within the powder coating process and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Supporting process improvements and the development of application methods.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Assisting in the development of paint schemes and finishing processes.
