Hours: 40 hours per week (onsite)
Monday to Thursday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
Friday: 7:45am – 1:00pm
Salary: up to £16.64 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities of a Quality Inspector:
- Carry out first-off, in-process and final inspections of manufactured components
- Use inspection equipment including verniers, height gauges and measurement arms
- Verify compliance against engineering drawings, specifications and customer requirements
- Complete and support First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
- Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Maintain accurate inspection and calibration records
- Support continuous improvement activities across the business
- Assist with identifying production bottlenecks and quality issues
- Support training of production staff on quality standards and requirements
- Work closely with managers and colleagues to maintain production throughput
Key Skills of a Quality Inspector:
- Previous experience within a Quality Inspector or Quality Technician role
- Confident using precision measuring equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 3834 or AS9100
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements within manufacturing environments
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
