Media Sales Consultant\\n\\nLocation: Home/Field-Based (Weekly Meetings in Worcestershire)\\nHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (flexible start/finish times based on client needs)\\nSalary: Up to £35,000 basic plus uncapped commissions + Car Allowance\\n\\nJob Description\\n\\nThis role is ideal for an experienced media sales professional with a background in print or digital sales. You will be responsible for managing your own territory, developing strong client relationships, and selling advertising solutions to a variety of businesses.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Develop and manage a pipeline of clients, generating new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.\\n\\n * Sell print and digital advertising solutions, tailoring campaigns to client needs.\\n\\n * Meet and exceed KPIs, which will be set according to warm/cold areas and geographic factors.\\n\\n * Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, building long-term partnerships.\\n\\n * Attend weekly meetings at headquarters in Worcester (every Monday plus one additional day per week).\\n\\n * Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance.\\n\\n * Work flexibly to accommodate the schedules of different industries.\\n\\nKey Skills & Requirements\\n\\n * Minimum of 6 months of media sales experience (ideally 2 years).\\n\\n * Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.\\n\\n * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\\n\\n * Self-motivated and able to work independently.\\n\\n * Comfortable working in a home/field-based role with regular travel.\\n\\n * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.\\n\\nTo be considered for this role, please contact Katie at First Base Employment
