Loader/ Picker

Loader / Picker Location: Hereford Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis Days: Five shifts across Sunday – Friday Times: Daytime, 09:00 – 17:00 (flexibility required) Salary: £13.17 p/hour + training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities of a Loader / Picker * Accurately picking and stock rotation of customer orders * Stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, safe working environment * Loading and securing orders onto delivery vehicles * Ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations * Working effectively within a temperature-controlled environment Key Skills of a Loader / Picker * Positive attitude and strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work accurately and under pressure * Previous experience in a warehouse or food production environment is desirable but not essential * Comfortable with manual handling tasks and adhering to strict hygiene standards
