Hours: 24 hours per week (flexible working pattern, must include Mondays)

Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time using Sage
- Complete core payroll calculations, including pay adjustments and deductions
- Ensure payroll data is correctly entered, checked and reconciled
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management
- Maintain accurate payroll records in line with HMRC and company requirements
- Support payroll reporting and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Work onsite as part of the wider finance/operations team
Key Skills
- Proven hands-on payroll experience (experience valued over formal qualifications)
- Confident using Sage payroll software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of payroll processes and calculations
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Professional and confidential approach to payroll data
Qualifications

- AAT, CIPP or equivalent qualifications advantageous but not required
