Composite Laminator Location: Nuneaton Hours: Double day shifts, 37 hours per week Salary: 33,396 per annum Job Type: Permanent Purpose We are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join a busy Composites Department, manufacturing visual carbon components for automotive, aerospace, defence and marine customers. The successful candidates will be experienced with pre-preg materials, vacuum bagging and autoclave curing. Responsibilities * Laminate parts and tooling across a broad range of products. * Work with pre-preg carbon and glass materials. * Check drawings and route card instructions before starting work. * Inspect patterns and moulds prior to use and report any defects. * Carry out breakout of parts following the curing process and identify defects. * Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency. * Maintain equipment and ensure it is kept in good working order. * Ensure the department and work area are kept clean and tidy. * Complete work to required timescales and quality standards. * Follow all procedures, work instructions and manuals.
