Key Responsibilities of a CNC Miller Setter Operator- Set and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
- Manufacture precision aerospace components to specification
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical information
- Carry out tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Inspect machined components to ensure quality standards are met
- Work to tight tolerances within an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Maintain production efficiency and housekeeping standards
- Minimum of 3 years' CNC milling experience within an aerospace environment
- Experience using Fanuc controls
- Ability to set and operate CNC milling machinery independently
- Strong understanding of machining techniques and tooling
