We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor who is confident handling inbound calls and supporting customers with a friendly, solutions-focused approach. This role combines customer contact with administrative support, logistics coordination and relationship management. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
