Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday on a rota basis with start times between: 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Supervisor:
- Supervise, motivate and support Chilled Warehouse and Yard staff
- Ensure safe working practices, manual handling procedures and company standards are followed at all times
- Monitor chilled warehouse conditions, equipment performance and fridge temperatures
- Support stock rotation activities, daily stock checks and accurate completion of warehouse documentation
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Management teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
- Support loading and unloading activities to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround times
- Assist with training and development of warehouse operatives and team leaders
- Promote high standards of product quality, hygiene and stock accuracy
- Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required
Key Skills of a Warehouse Supervisor:
- Previous experience within a warehouse supervisory or team leadership position
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Good planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Positive, flexible and hands-on approach to work
- Understanding of health and safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Forklift Truck experience would be advantageous, although training can be provided
