The predicted salary is between 42500 - 44500 € per year.

Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

Hours: 40 hours per week on a rotating two-week shift pattern:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 13:45 and Saturday, 06:00 – finish (6 shifts)
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday, 13:45 – 21:45 (5 shifts)

Overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hours

Salary: £20.51 – £21.51 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities of an Engineering Shift Team Leader

  • Support the Engineering Manager in delivering departmental goals
  • Supervise, train and mentor Engineers on shift
  • Coordinate and deliver planned preventative maintenance schedules
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs and testing of plant equipment
  • Lead fault finding and resolution on high-speed automated machinery
  • Maintain engineering records, compliance and documentation
  • Mentor Apprentices where required
  • Deputise for the Engineering Manager and provide shift cover when needed
  • Participate in breakdown call-out rota
