Pay: Β£14.10 per hour
Hours: 5th January to mid-February: 07:30β16:00 and 09:30β18:00 rotating. Mid-February to June: 05:30β14:00 and 13:45β22:15 rotating
Contract: Long term temporary
To continue our success and support our growth we are looking to recruit multiple Production Operatives, who can become a team player within a busy production department on a long term temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:
- Monitoring production machinery
- Maintaining product quality and safety standards
- Upholding housekeeping standards
- Providing break cover for line supervisors and operators
- Monitoring and minimising component wastage
Key Skills of a Production Operative:
- Counterbalance forklift licence is preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to work independently without direct supervision
- Capable of maintaining paperwork systems with good basic maths
- Strong attention to detail in a repetitive environment
