Job Description
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team based in Stonehouse.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys speaking with customers, resolving queries and ensuring a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
- Answer incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via telephone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately using internal systems.
- Assist customers with placing orders and provide stock availability information.
- Monitor orders through to dispatch, ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Resolve customer queries relating to orders, shortages, damages, pricing and stock availability.
