An established and growing business within the industrial sector is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied sales role combining new business development and account management, ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships while actively developing new opportunities. You will work in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, organisation, and a consultative sales approach are key.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive
- Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
- Proactively contact existing customers and new prospects
- Use a consultative, fact-finding approach to recommend suitable products
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order and delivery
- Maintain and update the CRM system accurately
- Effectively manage and develop your sales pipeline
