Production Operative – Dursley
Location: Dursley
Hours: Double Days Shifts
- Early shift: 6.00am – 2.00pm (1.00pm Fri)
- Late shift: 2.00pm – 10.00pm (1.00pm – 8.00pm Fri)
Salary: £13.61 per hour – Temp to Perm
First Base Employment has a requirement for a Production Operative to work with their client based in Dursley in one of their Production departments. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.
Working on a double-days shift rotation and reporting to the Production Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of processes, assisting with machine maintenance and operation, and actively contributing to various teams and initiatives within the Plant.

- Operating machinery and ensuring proper maintenance
- Assisting with production processes and adhering to quality standards
- Actively contributing to team initiatives and improvement projects
- Reporting defects or issues promptly to supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
