Production Operatives
Location:Bridgwater
Hours:Full Time | 6.00am – 2.00pm / 2.00pm – 10.00pm shift rotation
Salary:Competitive salary + bonuses
Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:
- Perform visual inspections of all products.
- Operate various production machinery, including weighing, mixing, and pressing equipment.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
- Carry out all operations as outlined in production paperwork and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.
- Work flexibly and be willing to be transferred to other production areas as needed.
- Perform all work activities in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of punctuality and attendance.
- Work well under the pressure of deadlines.
