Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative
- Picking and packing products accurately in line with daily order requirements
- Preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly labelled and documented
- Receiving incoming deliveries and checking stock against delivery notes
- Organising and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment
- Assisting with stock control, including regular stock checks and inventory management
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Ensuring all goods are handled with care to avoid damage or loss
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting wider warehouse and logistics operations as required
