Full Time | Permanent – 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

Working Pattern

5 days out of 7. You will work at least 2 weekends per month, with weekend shifts normally worked from home. In return, you'll receive 2 days off in lieu during the week.

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service, administration, retail or order processing experience.

They’re also open to speaking with bright, proactive individuals who are keen to learn, pick up new skills and build a long-term career within a supportive business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately via telephone, email and online systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and support them throughout the order process.
  • Maintain customer accounts, product information and pricing records.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Support the commercial team with general administration and sales support.
  • Process customer payments and assist with credit control activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
  • Assist with promotions, customer communications and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all customer information and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, sales support or another customer-facing role.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn.
  • Bright, switched on and eager to develop new skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

  • Flexible approach to working a 5 in 7 rota, including at least two weekends per month.
