Key Responsibilities of a Forklift Operator:
- Operating counterbalance forklifts to safely load and unload stock, including pallets of Fever-Tree products.
- Moving stock between production, warehouse, and dispatch areas.
- Carrying out stock rotation and accurately locating product within the warehouse.
- Assisting with goods-in and despatch processes as required.
- Completing relevant paperwork and using warehouse management systems.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Supporting warehouse and logistics teams with additional duties as required.
Key Skills of a Forklift Operator:
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Flexible and reliable approach to shift work.
- Previous experience working within an FMCG or drinks logistics environment would be an advantage.
