Hours: Day Shift
Salary: £13.50 – £13.75 per hour dependent on experience. Potential for Late Shift – Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm – 10:00pm at £18.45 per hour.
Key Responsibilities of a Deburr / Mechanical Assembly Operative:
- Carry out deburring and finishing of precision components
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks to required standards
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect components for quality and accuracy
- Support a variety of production and assembly tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow company procedures and health & safety standards
Key Skills of a Deburr / Mechanical Assembly Operative:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a finishing or mechanical assembly environment
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work across a range of production tasks
