Key Responsibilities of a CNC Machine Operative:
- Operating CNC machines to produce components to required specifications
- Loading and unloading materials and components onto machines
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues
- Carrying out basic measurements using gauges, verniers, and micrometers
- Following set programmes and work instructions
- Ensuring components meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting general production and manufacturing tasks as required
Key Skills of a CNC Machine Operative:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment (desirable)
