Key Responsibilities of a Production Support Operative
- Picking and weighing raw materials in line with customer works orders
- Delivering materials to the production team efficiently to minimise downtime
- Supporting production with labelling, decanting, and adding actives to solvents
- Assisting with customer packaging and general production duties
- Maintaining high housekeeping, GMP, and food safety standards
- Ensuring all materials are stored correctly after use
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department
