Location: Clevedon, North Somerset

Hours: 40 hours per week 08:45 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday, 08:45 to 16:00 Friday with early finish

Salary: Competitive, available on application

We are recruiting for a Despatch Administrator to join a growing food manufacturing business at their Clevedon site. This role sits within the Supply Chain team and reports to the Inside Sales Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities of a Despatch Administrator:

  • Deliver a high level of customer service, liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Process sales and purchase orders efficiently
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure deliveries are on time and in full
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and orders
  • Coordinate despatch of goods with logistics providers and hauliers
  • Prepare despatch documentation
  • Manage and coordinate third party storage

Key Skills of a Customer Service & Despatch Administrator:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or despatch
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator and effective team player
  • Competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade B or above
  • Excellent time management and flexible approach
  • Full Right to Work in the UK
  • Full clean driving licence
