Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team based at Aston Down Airfield.

This is a permanent opportunity leading a small warehouse team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse activities, allocating workloads, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring daily operational targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising, motivating and supporting a small warehouse team.
  • Organising and overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Allocating daily workloads and monitoring team performance.
  • Operating a counterbalance forklift truck when required.
  • Receiving goods and materials.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Preparing customer orders for dispatch.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and carrying out regular stock takes.
  • Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
  • The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Team Leader position.
  • Counterbalance forklift truck licence (preferred).
  • Strong warehouse and stock control experience.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to lead by example and motivate a small team.
  • A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach to work.
