We are delighted to be recruiting for an Account Executive on behalf of a fast-growing business operating within the events and technology space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, working across a variety of live projects and supporting clients within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Account Managers, managing client enquiries and contributing to both sales and operational delivery. This position offers excellent exposure to client-facing activity, commercial processes and live event support. We would also consider a recent graduate with the right attitude, strong customer service skills and a proactive, energetic approach who is keen to develop within a commercial, client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries and orders, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Act as a first point of contact for client and exhibitor queries
- Support Account Managers with quotations, amendments and follow-ups
- Monitor order deadlines and assist with show-related activity
- Manage exhibitor orders and ensure accurate handover to operations
- Identify potential new business opportunities through exhibitor outreach
- Support new business activity through research and administration
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and activity reports
- Liaise with sales, operations and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Provide occasional on-site and service desk support, including events
Key Skills
- Experience within a sales support, account executive or customer-facing role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales processes
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven approach
