Key Responsibilities of a Forklift Driver
- Operate a forklift safely to move, stack and store goods.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, checking goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Move stock between storage, production and dispatch areas.
- Carry out daily forklift checks and report faults promptly.
- Assist with stock checks, order picking and general warehouse duties.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe.
- Follow site procedures and health and safety requirements.
Key Skills of a Forklift Driver
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling goods.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A reliable and punctual approach.

Essential Criteria of a Forklift Driver
- Previous experience operating a forklift.
- A relevant forklift training certificate.
