Business Development Manager
Location:Cheltenham (2 days WFH)
Salary:£30,000 – £40,000 + 20% bonus
Hours:Full-time, permanent

The role:
You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive, research-led outreach. Using LinkedIn and email as your primary tools, you’ll build relationships with senior decision-makers, introduce the company’s services, and help drive long-term commercial growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients across relevant sectors
- Develop and deliver well-crafted outreach campaigns, primarily via LinkedIn and email
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage meetings and presentations, articulating value clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently to nurture prospects
About you:
- Some experience in sales or account management, ideally within a professional or consultative environment
- Confident engaging with directors and senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a professional and positive attitude
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools to research and connect with prospects
