The Role:We’re hiring AI Adoption Managers / AI Consultants who are passionate about helping organisations transform how they work using AI. This role is perfect for early-career professionals who are great with people, excited by innovation, and want to be at the forefront of real-world AI change. Our singular focus on AI means every project and development opportunity is designed to grow you into a top-tier AI Adoption Manager.
What You’ll Do:- Drive Adoption: Integrate Microsoft Copilot into business functions with tailored, use-case specific deployments.
- Change Management: Lead organisational change efforts to support AI transformation and cultural buy-in.
- Training: Deliver practical Copilot training to employees at all levels, across roles and departments.
- Deployment Support: Use low-code/no-code tools to build and deploy AI automations; collaborate with AI Agent Engineers.
- Stay Current: Keep pace with AI trends and Copilot updates to deliver fresh insights and best practices.
Step 1 – Apply & Interview: Go through our selection process to assess your technical ability, commercial awareness, and communication skills. (3 Weeks) A small, selected group will join our immersive, full-time Academy in London (hybrid). It’s unpaid but completely free, with hands-on training from AI professionals.
Step 3 – Job Offer or Select Bench: Once you complete the Academy, if you're matched to a client opportunity, you’ll receive a full-time job offer or be placed on our Select Bench. What this means: Being on our “Select Bench” you won’t be on salary yet, as there is no job offer until you’re deployed to a client. But rest assured: You’ve already been trained and pre-approved. You’ll be in our Select Bench — a priority talent pool. You’ll be first in line as new client work begins.
What We’re Looking For:- Hands-on experience with AI tools beyond ChatGPT —whether through work, academic projects, or personal experimentation.
- 2:1 degree or equivalent, in any discipline (STEM or non-STEM).
- Eagerness to develop technical skills, including low-code/no-code and AI tooling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex topics.
- Passion for training and working with people, across all roles and levels.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, especially in fast-moving, emerging areas like AI.
- Willing to travel across the UK for client engagements and in-person delivery.
- Experience running training sessions or workshops.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 apps.
