About First AI

First AI is a specialist enterprise AI consultancy focused on adoption and implementation. We help organisations turn Generative AI into measurable business impact. Founded by leaders with experience at Microsoft and the University of Cambridge, we created our Generative AI Academy to develop commercially sharp, client-ready AI Consultants.

The Role

Following successful completion of the First AI Academy, you will join First AI as a Graduate AI Consultant and:

  • Work directly with enterprise clients deploying Microsoft Copilot
  • Identify and scope high-impact AI use cases across business functions
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and executive briefings
  • Translate operational challenges into practical AI-enabled workflows
  • Build agents using Copilot Studio and related tools
  • Prototype and iterate AI solutions in live business environments
  • Support behaviour change, stakeholder alignment and sustained adoption

This is a client-facing role. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology and change, not purely technical.

How you join First AI

Entry into the firm begins with the First AI Academy, which serves as both a training programme and our selection process. It is free to attend and designed to equip you with in-demand business AI skills that are highly valued in today’s job market. Following completion, full-time offers are made to those who meet the required standard.

During the 6-week Academy, you will gain:

  • Practical capability with Microsoft Copilot
  • Foundations in agent building using Copilot Studio
  • Business fundamentals
  • Hands-on real-live simulation experience delivering an AI project to a customer and presenting at a Demo Day

All participants who complete the Academy receive a First AI Certificate.

  • Delivered primarily online
  • Includes 2–3 in-person days in London (UK travel reimbursed)
  • The Academy is unpaid
