With this track, you will be a Microsoft Copilot Adoption Consultant and play a pivotal role in integrating Microsoft Copilot into the operations of major organisations, championing innovative work practices. Role of a Copilot Adoption Consultant:

  • Drive Adoption: Work with different business functions to integrate MS Copilot, tailoring to specific use cases.
  • Training: Conduct training and troubleshoot for new users.
  • Advocacy: Champion AI adoption and introduce fresh AI thinking to transform business cultures.

  • Bootcamp: Start with a 6-week online training bootcamp, delivered by experts.
  • Client Placements: Once you’ve passed the training, you will be hired by First AI and start working as an AI Consultant on client projects for up to two years.
  • Continuous development: Earn paid-for accreditations throughout client placements. The opportunity and freedom to join your client as a permanent employee after 2 years or to leave and pursue a different role.

Qualities we look for:

  • Passion for AI.
  • MUST HAVE practical experience using AI tools, whether in daily work, projects, or personal endeavour.
  • A 2:1 or equivalent degree, in either STEM or non-STEM fields.
  • Outstanding communication and strong presentation skills.
  • Loves working with people.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, as you’ll be working with uncharted territories like AI.
  • Sharp commercial acumen.
  • Willingness to move and work across various UK locations.

Bonus points:

  • Prior internship or employment in enterprise environments.
  • Have played or used AI tools in your own time.
