About First AI Group
We are the UK’s first AI Graduate Academy, pioneered by industry leaders from Microsoft and the University of Cambridge. At our core, we believe AI is NOT just for Computer Science PhDs. We’re on a mission to cultivate AI Business Consultants who are commercially minded, people-friendly and technically-savvy. With this track, you will be a Graduate AI Adoption Consultant and play a pivotal role in integrating Microsoft Copilot into the operations of major organisations, championing innovative work practices. Role of a Graduate AI Adoption Consultant
- Drive Adoption: Work with different business functions to integrate MS Copilot, tailoring to specific use cases.
- Training: Conduct training and troubleshoot for new users.
- Advocacy: Champion AI adoption and introduce fresh AI thinking to transform business cultures.
How our program works
- Bootcamp: Start with a 6 week online training bootcamp, delivered by experts.
- Client Placements: Once you’ve passed the training, you will be hired by First AI and start working as an AI Consultant on client projects.
- Continuous development: Earn paid-for accreditations throughout client placements.

- Passion for AI.
- A 2:1 or equivalent degree, in either STEM or non-STEM fields.
- Outstanding communication and strong presentation skills.

- Willingness to move and work across various UK locations.
