Full-time Temp to Perm position available with around 40 hours per week which will include shifts and sleep ins. Shifts are from 10am till 11pm and sleep in, or 8am till 10pm Long Days - no sleep in. There will be a mix of shift patterns and days can be worked together so you may do 2 days on at a time then get a few days off to follow.

About the role:

  • As a Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including:
  • Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills.
  • Providing support with morning routines such as getting ready for school and making sure they have a good breakfast.
  • Preparing evening meals and ensuring the young person has a safe space to relax and unwind within the home.
  • Supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities.

Ideally, the candidates will have experience of working with children who may have SEMH and complex behavioural needs. Level 3 Qualification in Children and Young People preferred but also taking on candidates without this qualification. Full training and support will be provided to the candidates.
