We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Registered Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within our complex care service. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and compliant care delivery for individuals with complex clinical needs, including children and young adults. You will work closely with families, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of complex care packages
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
- Provide strong clinical leadership and governance across all services
- Develop, implement, and review care plans and risk assessments
- Lead on clinical training, competency assessments, and supervision of staff
- Ensure safe delivery of care including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, and other complex interventions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, case managers, and commissioners
- Manage incidents, safeguarding concerns, and ensure appropriate reporting
- Support mobilisation of new packages, including staffing and onboarding
- Drive quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across services
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with active NMC pin
- Previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior clinical leadership role
- Strong background in complex care (paediatric and/or adult)
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Experience managing clinical teams and delivering training
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple packages and priorities effectively
