  • Ensuring that parts/components cleared for final release meet the customers specifications/requirements.

  • Interpreting engineering drawings of machined or fabricated components/parts.

Dimensional verification of final product to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

  • Performing quality control checks on job routing paperwork, in process inspections, final parts and documentation.

  • Producing reports covering dimensional measurements, load testing witnessing and coatings witnessing.

  • Managing the Non-Conformance Report system for all internal, vendor and client Non Conformance’s.

  • Investigation and analysis of Non-Conformance data.

  • In house calibration of equipment and control of external calibrations.

  • COSHH, HAVS and PUWER assessments.

  • Time Served Engineer

  • Experience in Offshore environment.
