First Achieve’s Engineering Department is actively recruiting an experienced Electrical Fitter to join our prestigious client in Livingston on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance to a high standard. Diagnose and repair electrical faults using test equipment and hand tools. Perform electrical installations and planned preventative maintenance. Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records using computer-based systems.
Proven track record in fault finding and reading technical/electrical drawings. Experience in using test equipment and performing hands-on electrical repairs. Competent with electrical installations and scheduled maintenance work. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. Computer literate and able to manage basic digital records and systems.
