Head of Product, Hybrid, Manchester A strong product vision means little if quality slips, estimates go unchallenged and delivery drifts.

Your job is to make sure that never happens.

You’ll run the product management function for an enterprise software business, turning leadership’s vision into shipped product.

You’ll own the operating rhythm across concurrent projects, agree budgets and scope upfront.

You’ll raise the quality bar.

You’ll critique products precisely, coach Product Managers towards trusted, independent decisions and make quality part of the process before engineering time is spent.

This is an operator-coach role with a clear route to greater autonomy.

You’ll work across Product, Engineering and Quality.

Package £90,000 to £100k, permanent, Manchester.

What you’ll need Product leadership in a high-execution setting, including end-to-end delivery, coaching direct reports and raising a team’s quality bar B2B, B2C or enterprise Saa S experience, including complex, multi-tenant or AI-heavy products, plus exposure to high-ownership cultures Fluency in modern AI tooling and automation Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
