What you'll do:
- Lead New Product Introduction projects, managing technical objectives, timelines, budgets, and delivery.
- Drive process improvement across CNC machining and manufacturing operations, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Oversee quality control to ensure all components meet the highest standards (ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Provide technical leadership, from interpreting engineering drawings to approving design changes.
- Mentor and guide your team, building a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key liaison for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and technical alignment.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, contributing to bids and project planning.
What you'll bring:
- Strong background in CNC machining and precision engineering.
- Hands‐on experience with NPI, offline programming, and modelling.
- Sound understanding of metal treatments, plating, and painting processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- A passion for quality, teamwork, and delivering results.
- Strong commercial awareness and IT literacy (ERP, MS Office).
Desirable but not essential:
- Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).

- Experience working within aerospace, defence, or other high‐spec sectors.
