First Achieve Engineering Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client in North Lanarkshire as they look to recruit an experienced Time-Served Welder to support a growing workload and upcoming project pipeline.
£18.00 - £19.00 per hour
Monday-Friday Day Shift (Standard hours 7am-3.30pm with overtime available)
Essential Requirements:- Time-Served Welder
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Proficient in MIG, TIG and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
- Experience welding steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Full Right to Work in the UK
- Welding a variety of materials to a high standard.
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Supporting production targets and project deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Important: Due to the nature of the role and upcoming project requirements, all candidates must be confident in their welding ability. A practical weld test will be conducted on day one prior to employment being confirmed.
