The Role
You will be responsible for the installation, fabrication, and maintenance of industrial pipework to a high standard. Working from detailed drawings and specifications, you will ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, fabricate, and repair a variety of pipe systems
- Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipework to specification
- Assist with testing, inspection, and commissioning of systems
- Work collaboratively with welders, engineers, and supervisors
- Maintain safe working practices and adhere to site and company procedures
Requirements
- Time-served Pipefitter (essential)
- Proven experience in an industrial, engineering, or fabrication environment
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and fabrication methods
- Confident working with hand tools, power tools, and pipe fabrication equipment
- Strong focus on health and safety
