This is an opportunity for an experienced Panel Wireman/woman to expand their career with a leading switchgear manufacturer. The ideal candidate will be time served from an electrical background with experience of panel wiring and electrical/mechanical fit outs of switchgear.
Duties are a combination of but not limited to:
- Proficient in reading drawings to wire panels correctly
- Panel wiring
- Common control wiring
- PLC wiring
- Copper busbar fitting
- Wiring and fitting of switchgear, switchboards and distribution boards
- Wiring and fitting of MCC's
- Occasional site work may be required (UK based)
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience of panel wiring
- Experience dealing with switchgear/switchboards
- Testing experience of electrical switchgear panels and MCC's would be beneficial
