Salary: 45,000- 50,000 per annum (DOE) First Achieve Engineering Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer in the recruitment of an experienced Senior Quality Engineer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business, playing a key role in maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance within a highly regulated aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9001 and customer requirements.
Lead investigations into non-conformances, CAPAs and root cause analysis.
Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
Support internal, external and customer audits.
Work closely with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support supplier quality activities.
About You Previous Quality Engineering experience within aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of AS9100 and quality management systems.
Experience with FAIRs, NCRs, CAPA and root cause analysis.
Able to interpret engineering drawings.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
