Location: Aberdeen, Scotland

Pay: £15.04 per hour (£29,699.28 per annum)

Hours: 38 hours per week, 5 days per week (Monday–Sunday). Shift/rota basis.

Role Overview

We are looking for trainee bus drivers ready to drive change‑literally. No bus driving experience required; bring only a full UK driving licence and a passion for customer service. We provide full training and support you every step of the way to gain your PCV licence and join our professional drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Train to drive the bus safely and efficiently.
  • Gain a recognised PCV licence.
  • Provide friendly, helpful and safety‑focused service to passengers.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months (max 6 points).
  • Friendly, helpful and safety‑focused attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.
